And tonight she launched her lipstick, which is a virulent pink, of course, at a candy coloured party held at New York's Stage 37.

But she didn't hold back on the accessories one bit, and stacked up bracelets and rings - all in candy coloured shades to tie in with the theme.

'When I was chosen by MAC cosmetics to be the next Viva Glam spokesperson, I wanted to hug everyone that worked at MAC for giving me this opportunity,' Minaj has said.

Sibling rivalry is sure to have raised its head at some point last night when Venus and Serena Williams attended a party in New York.

The tennis playing sisters were in the Big Apple for a party to celebrate their appearance on the cover of Hamptons magazine.

But Serena, the younger of the duo, appeared to have decided that her outfit would be the polar opposite of the subtlety evoked by the upmarket publication - overshadowing her sister's understated wardrobe choice.

As well as the outrageous black catsuit she wore, Serena also made sure her hair was just as attention-grabbing.

Her locks were styled in a similar manner to Rihanna's earlier this year, big and curly.

'He was really young, and they were talking about how good he was going to be. He was wearing such short shorts; they were almost like a bikini. [Laughs]'

Venus then asks if she thought Pete was cute.

To which Serena says: 'I definitely thought Pete was very handsome, but around 1996 I thought he was really hot—but I also think everybody is hot, so I don’t know if that is saying much.'

Nate Dogg Passes Away at 41.

One of Hip Hop's most iconic voices Nate Dogg passed away last night at the age of 41.
Hip Hop suffered another loss late last night, as Long Beach, California news sitePressTelegram.comreports that Nathaniel "Nate Dogg" Hale has died at the age of 41.
Although no official cause of death has been announced, the former Death Row alum suffered from two strokes, his most recent one in September 2008.
A number of artists have confirmed Nate's passing via Twitter, including long-time friend and frequent collaborator Snoop Dogg.
BIO:
Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Nate Dogg first began singing in Long Beach's New Hope Baptist Church in Long Beach and Life Line Baptist Church in Clarksdale, Mississippi, where his father was a pastor. In 1991, he formed a rap trio 213 with friends and fellow LBC residents Warren G and Snoop Dogg. Their demo found its way to Dr. Dre, who then enlisted all three members on his seminal debut The Chronic.Nate eventually signed with west coast powerhouse Death Row Records.
As a solo artist, Nate released three albums, including 1998's G-Funk Classics, Vols. 1 & 2, 2001's Music & Me and his self-titled 2003 release. He also reunited with Snoop Dogg and Warren G as 213 for 2004's The Hard Way. Nate established himself as a staple of west coast Hip Hop in his plethora of guest features, singing on classics likeWarren G's "Regulate," Snoop Dogg's "Ain't No Fun" and Dr. Dre's "Xxplosive." After much speculation on the sexes of Mariah Carey's unborn twins, it's been confirmed that she struck lucky and is having both a boy and a girl.

And the 40 year-old singer and husband Nick Cannon are said to be over the moon they will be getting both a son and a daughter.

'Even before we announced it was twins, I was trying to keep everything gender neutral because I didn’t want to impose an identity on them too soon,' Mariah told Life & Style magazine.
