Model Amber Rose was spotted Thursday night leaving The Villa in LA with a new vivid blue hair color. Rose wore blue leggings to match and posed for cameras as she was seen exiting.Amber was last seen partying and enjoying time with boyfriend Kanye West at the 2009 BET Award Show.
